By accessing or using MeddAIfy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MeddAIfy is a B2B sales qualification platform that uses artificial intelligence to help sales professionals score, analyse, and manage sales opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework. The platform includes the following key features:

• MEDDPICC Scoring & AI Next Steps — AI-assisted opportunity qualification and recommended actions.
• Influence Map — A visual stakeholder mapping tool that allows users to chart relationships and influence dynamics within target accounts.
• Company Analysis (Company Research) — AI-generated research reports covering company overviews, strategic initiatives, challenges, stakeholder structures, and deal strategies.
• Team Management — Tools for company administrators to invite, manage, and assign roles to team members within a shared workspace.
• Close Plan — An AI-generated mutual action plan builder that organises deal activities into structured workstreams, with export to PowerPoint and Excel.
• Account Plan Builder — A tool within Company Research that exports structured account intelligence as a professional PowerPoint presentation.
• AI Wingman — Real-time AI coaching and deal acceleration features available via subscription.

The MEDDPICC framework (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Implicated Pain, Champion, Competition) is a widely recognised and commonly used B2B sales qualification methodology. MEDDPICC is not proprietary to MeddAIfy and is not subject to copyright. It is a publicly available sales framework used broadly across the sales industry.

MeddAIfy uses the MEDDPICC framework as a structural basis for its AI-powered qualification tools. We make no claim of ownership over the MEDDPICC methodology itself. Any trademarks or names associated with MEDDPICC remain the property of their respective owners.

MeddAIfy operates on a credit-based system. Free credits are provided upon account creation. Additional credits may be purchased at the rates listed on our Pricing page.

Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused purchased credits cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing users.

Your data belongs to you. All opportunity data, notes, and deal information you enter into MeddAIfy remains your exclusive property.

Your data is isolated per user account. Other users cannot access your individual opportunity data.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties, except as required by law.

Your data is protected by industry-standard encryption. All sensitive user data, particularly opportunity-related information including deal names, company details, and notes, is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.

Data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols to ensure secure transmission between your device and our servers. Encryption keys are managed securely and are never stored in plain text.

This encryption ensures that your confidential business information remains private and protected from unauthorised access.

To provide AI-powered scoring and recommendations, your deal notes and opportunity data may be processed by large language model (LLM) providers. This processing is done securely and is used solely to generate insights for your benefit.

AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional sales or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

Administrator Responsibilities: Company administrators are responsible for managing user access within their workspace, including inviting team members, assigning roles, and revoking access when appropriate. Administrators must ensure that only authorised personnel are granted access to the platform.

User Roles: MeddAIfy supports distinct user roles (e.g., Admin, Standard User). Administrators have elevated privileges including access to team data, analytics, and management settings. Role-based access controls are in place to restrict data access appropriately.

Data Visibility: Within a company workspace, certain administrative roles may have visibility into team members' opportunities and performance data. Users should be aware that their data may be accessible to their company's administrators.

Invited Users: When you invite team members to MeddAIfy, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of your organisation, and that invited users will be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon accepting their invitation.

Account Removal: Administrators may remove users from the workspace. Removed users will lose access to shared team resources, though data they individually created may be retained in the workspace per your organisation's data policies.

AI Wingman Premium Subscription is a monthly subscription service that provides enhanced AI features, including AI Wingman coaching, Paper Process analysis, and a monthly credit allowance.

Subscription Details: The AI Wingman subscription renews monthly and includes 200 AI credits per billing cycle. Subscription fees are billed automatically each month at $50. Included features are: AI Wingman chatbot for real-time sales coaching, AI Paper Process analysis for deal acceleration, and all standard AI features (Competitor Analysis, AI Scores, AI Next Steps).

Cancellation: You may cancel your AI Wingman subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features ends at the end of the current billing cycle. Unused credits are not refundable.

Changes to Subscription: We reserve the right to modify subscription terms, pricing, or included features with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

All Credit Purchases and Subscriptions at User's Risk: All purchases of AI credits and AI Wingman subscriptions are made entirely at your sole risk. MeddAIfy provides its credit-based services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

The owner of MeddAIfy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from credit purchases, subscription use, or any other adverse outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, lost deals, lost revenue, failed transactions, or service interruptions.

By purchasing credits or subscribing to AI Wingman, you acknowledge and accept this risk in full.

Stakeholder Data: The Influence Map feature allows users to manually add, position, and annotate stakeholder profiles within their opportunities. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorisation to store and process any personal data (names, job titles, notes) about third-party individuals.

AI-Suggested Stakeholders: MeddAIfy may use AI to suggest stakeholders based on publicly available information and the context of your opportunity. These suggestions are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of suggested profiles.

LinkedIn Integration: When using the LinkedIn search feature within the Influence Map, you agree to comply with LinkedIn's terms of service and applicable data protection regulations. MeddAIfy does not store LinkedIn credentials and only processes data in accordance with authorised OAuth scopes.

Connection Data: Relationship connections drawn between stakeholders are stored as part of your opportunity data and are subject to the same data ownership and encryption policies described in Sections 4 and 5.

AI-Generated Reports: The Company Analysis feature generates research reports using AI, drawing on publicly available information and the data you provide. These reports are for informational and sales planning purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

Accuracy Disclaimer: MeddAIfy makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated company research. Market conditions, company details, and stakeholder information may change rapidly. You should independently verify any material information before acting on it.

Third-Party Data: Research reports may reference publicly available information about third-party companies. MeddAIfy does not claim ownership of such third-party data, and all trademarks and company names referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

Credit Consumption: Generating Company Analysis reports consumes AI credits. Credits used for research generation are non-refundable, including in cases where the generated content does not meet your expectations.

Account Plan Builder: Company Research includes an Account Plan Builder that allows you to review, edit, and export structured account intelligence as a PowerPoint presentation. Exporting an Account Plan consumes 1 AI credit. Exported documents are generated on demand and are not stored by MeddAIfy after delivery.

AI-Generated Close Plans: The Close Plan feature generates a structured mutual action plan for your opportunity using AI, based on MEDDPICC scores, company research, and deal context. Close Plans are for sales planning and coordination purposes only and do not constitute legal or contractual commitments.

Action Items & Workstreams: Users may create, edit, and manage action items across defined workstreams (e.g., Technical Validation, Legal & Contracting, Commercial, Paper Process). You are responsible for the accuracy of any information entered, including deadlines, ownership, and status.

Export: Close Plans may be exported as PowerPoint presentations or Excel spreadsheets. Exported documents are generated on demand. MeddAIfy does not retain copies of exported files after delivery to the user.

Credit Consumption: AI-generated Close Plans consume AI credits. Credits used for close plan generation are non-refundable.

Data Ownership: All Close Plan data, including action items and workstream content, is subject to the same data ownership and encryption policies described in Sections 4 and 5.

Enterprise Plans: Organisations that have entered into a separate Enterprise Agreement with MeddAIfy are subject to the terms of that agreement in addition to these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the Enterprise Agreement shall take precedence.

Enterprise Wingman: Enterprise customers granted the "Enterprise Wingman" plan receive unlimited AI credits and full platform access for all users within their organisation. This access is tied to the active Enterprise Agreement and will cease upon termination or expiry of that agreement.

Company-Wide Access: Under an Enterprise Agreement, the designated company administrator is responsible for managing user access, ensuring compliance with these Terms across all team members, and acting as the primary point of contact for billing and support.

Data Processing Agreement: Enterprise customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR or other regulatory compliance purposes should contact us directly. We will provide a DPA upon request as part of the Enterprise Agreement.

Custom Terms: Pricing, features, support SLAs, and other terms for Enterprise customers are defined in the individual Enterprise Agreement. Please contact our sales team to discuss Enterprise licensing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Input confidential third-party data without appropriate authorisation
• Share account credentials with others

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Upon deletion, all your opportunity data, action items, and AI feedback stored in MeddAIfy will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

MeddAIfy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost deals or revenue.

Negligence & Fraud Carve-Out: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any losses arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total fees paid by you to MeddAIfy in the three months preceding the claim, or (ii) £100.

MeddAIfy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, industrial disputes, failure of third-party services or infrastructure (including cloud providers, payment processors, or AI model providers), or interruptions to power or telecommunications networks.

In such circumstances, MeddAIfy will use reasonable endeavours to resume normal service as soon as practicable and will notify affected users where feasible.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by any such invalidity or unenforceability.

Good Faith Negotiation: In the event of any dispute or issue arising from your use of MeddAIfy's services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations and direct communication.

Best Endeavours: MeddAIfy commits to employing its best endeavours to address and resolve user concerns in a timely and fair manner. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate issues, provide transparent communication, and work toward an equitable resolution.

Should an amicable resolution not be reached through negotiation, the terms regarding governing law and jurisdiction as outlined in this agreement shall apply. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any part of this Service without express written permission from MeddAIfy is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England.
